Platobný terminál nastavenie zariadenia V tomto  návode sa dozviete všetky informácie o tom, ako je možné pripojiť platobný terminál k aplikácii iKelp POS Mobile. V rámci nastavenia aplikácie sa rozlišuje, či sa pridáva platobný terminál ako samostatné zariadenie, alebo sa jedná o zariadenie, ktoré slúži ako eKasa a zároveň vie pracovať ako platobný terminál. V závislosti od toho, sa mierne líši aj konfigurácia aplikácie v aplikácii iKelp POS Manažér, resp. iKelp POS Mobile pre Android. V oboch prípadoch je však potrebné, pred začiatkom konfigurácie zariadenia požiadať o aktivovanie zariadenia (technickú podporu aplikácie alebo obchodné oddelenie) v samotnej aplikácii iKelp POS Mobile. Ak je zariadenie aktívne, zobrazí sa v menu aplikácie v časti Zariadenia Platobné terminály. (Po pridaní zariadenia je zariadeniu pridelený identifikačný kód. Tento je potrebné zhodne nastaviť v aplikácii iKelp POS Manažér, rovnako ako pri konfigurácii eKasa tlačiarne.) Platobný terminál od banky V aplikácii sú implementované zariadenia od ČSOB a Tatrabanky. Na trhu sú však zariadenia napr. od spoločnosti FiskalPro, ktoré je možné použiť ako platobný terminál pre rôzne banky. Konfigurácia platobného terminálu v iKelp POS Manažér 1. Spustite aplikáciu iKelp POS Manažér. 2. Kliknite na tlačidlo Nástroje a vyberte možnosť Zariadenia. 3. Pridajte nové zariadenie a nastavte ho ako Aktívne. 4. Vyberte zariadenie zo zoznamu, nastavte komunikačné parametre. 5. Zadajte Názov (kód) zariadenia. (Kód zariadenia musí byť zhodný s kódom zariadenia z POS Mobile. Odporúčame nastaviť kód Term1.) 6. Kliknite na tlačidlo Uložiť. V tomto prípade sa ďalšie zariadenie v aplikácii nekonfiguruje, stačí k existujúcemu zariadeniu doplniť kód spojenia, aby systém vedel, že s rovnakým zariadením má komunikovať cez dva kódy. Teda raz ako s eKasa tlačiarňou a raz ako platobným terminálom. V tomto prípade sa najprv komunikuje na zariadení samotná platba, a až v ďalom kroku sa posiela eKasa doklad. (Je tak možné riešiť jednoducho situácie ako nedostatok financií na účte, zamietnutú platbu, nesprávny PIN, prípadne zmena platidla.) Pričom objednávka v aplikácii ostáva otvorená a nevzniká doklad s platidlom, ktoré nie je možné dodatočne meniť. Konfigurácia zariadenia Aby zariadenie vedelo fungovať ako eKasa tlačiareň aj ako platobný terminál, je potrebné samozrejme aktivovať platobné funkcie na strane banky / dodávateľa zariadenia. Ak už máte tieto platobné funkcie na zariadení aktívne, je možné prejsť na nastavenia samotného zariadenia. Tento postup vychádza z predpokladu, že eKasa zariadenie už máte nakonfigurované. Konfigurácia platobného terminálu na eKasa tlačiarni v iKelp POS Manažér 1. Spustite aplikáciu iKelp POS Manažér. 2. Kliknite na tlačidlo Nástroje a vyberte možnosť Zariadenia. 3. Kliknite na záložku aktívneho eKasa zariadenia. (Platobný terminál sa nepridáva ako nové zariadenie!) 4. V časti Názov (kód) zariadenia, doplňte kód platobného terminálu oddelený bodkočiatkou. Napr. "Pokladna1; Term1".(Kód zariadenia musí byť zhodný s kódom zariadenia z POS Mobile. Odporúčame nastaviť kód Term1.) 5. Kliknite na tlačidlo Uložiť. Ak sa jedná o zariadenie, ktoré bude slúžiť len ako platobný terminál a na danom zariadení resp. PC, kde je toto zariadenie nadefinované nie je iné zariadenie (eKasa alebo bonovacia tlačiareň), je potrebné v aplikácii nadefinovať aj kód spojenia pre komunikáciu.
